Development, Production & Content Generation
Objective: Host a VIP Clients and Partners to Aspen, for a one-of-a-kind, money can’t buy experience for 3 days.
Role:
• Create social shot list for both in feed and Stories
• Direct and manage talent & photographer for desired social assets/content
• Coordinate partnership with The Compound for final contents and posts
• Manage security and transport of all product to all events throughout the event days
• Negotiated all contracts with vendors, venues, transportation, catering and talent
• Invited and was liaison with key influencers and tastemakers and the HQ C-Suite Executives.
• Event set up and coordinate with internal and external teams
Results:
• Unique content with live event social postings from participating influencers.
• Positioning the brand as aspirational, yet relatable through targeted influencer partnerships.
• Utilized all content for a future programmatic ad buy to promote the brand and continue utilizing the featured personas.
• Sales teams generated on-site sales, attributing to achieving fiscal year goals.
