Roger Dubuis x The Arsenal Watches & Wonders Dinner
Objective:
Activate a Roger Dubuis Pop Up at the Watches & Wonders Trade Show in Miami, Florida. Additionally, utilize the opportunity to activate sales teams and Miami partnerships with a VIP Dinner.
Role:
• Watches & Wonders Booth: Follow HQ Designs and set up of the booth, as well as coordinate transit and security for the timepieces throughout the weekend. / Welcome press to the Pop Up booth and provide interviews and photo ops. /
• Dinner with Arsenal: Project Lead for the partnership as well as the event. / Managed partnerships between Lamborghini and The Arsenal / Executed dinner, vendors, photo elements and guest lists
Results:
Generated sales on site through the dinner, as well as increased awareness and good will with key partners in Florida and clients.
